Berney-Blondeau WatchesIn 1972 Henri Berney founded his watch company Berney-Blondeau in the Joux Valley in Switzerland. The area is also famous for the Audemars Piguet Company. He continued to expand business and earned a reputation as a watchmaker with meticulous craftsmanship. In 1990 Berney purchased another long time Swiss Brand, Antigone, and in 1998 bought Chandler. In 2000, the founder sought retirement and the Berney Blondeau company was sold. His family continues to operate various brands under the name. Testimony to the reputation the brand upholds, a new watch group called H5 bought Berney-Blondeau along with other brand names Perrelet, Leroy and Joseph Chevalier. Continues below...
