Candino watches date back to 1947. This Swiss watch making company was founded to solve the problems of small watch shops in Switzerland. These small shops could not earn any profit by selling big watch brands like Piguet, Patek etc. because there were rarely any customers to buy them. Hence, Candino watches were made so that the smaller watch shops could sell them at an affordable price. As time passed, with around 120 employees, Candino watches became famous all over Europe and mainly in Eastern Europe and also other parts of the world.  Continues below...

But with time things do undergo changes. Today there are four main types of Candino watches to choose from.
