The American watch brand Hamilton watches came into being in 1892 in Lancaster in Pennsylvania. One of the founding members of the timepiece company was designer H.J. Cain who designed Hamilton’s premier watch in 1892. The chronograph brand which was and continues to be associated with all the top notch industries is the brand utilized in the famous Hollywood flicks, ‘Men in Black’ and ‘Lethal Weapon’.

Hamilton watch brand was associated with almost all the industries. Railroad, aviation, military service…in the year 1930, it bagged the prestigious honor of becoming the official watch of the much revered American airlines, namely northwest, eastern, united and TWA. The war around 1940 made the American government earnestly request Hamilton to preside over the production of army watches. The chronograph manufacturing company ceased to fabricate watches for the commoners. Instead it started to craft the military timepieces which amounted to almost a million! This achievement of Hamilton watches still can be scented in the present day’s ‘Khaki’ Collection which has the essence of the ‘Hack’ design of the army collection.

Hamilton watch was also the first company to offer the world the premier digital watch. With all its innovative designs and amazing technology Hamilton continues to be the blue-eyed boy of all industries as well as the public.
