M&Co. Watches
M&Co. watches stem from the creative genius of the late Tibor Kalman (1949-1999), founder of the M&Co watches. In 1979, Kalman and his wife, Maira, collaborated to form M&Co, a multidisciplinary design firm known for pushing the envelope in the design and typography world. This conceptually progressive firm originally created graphics, magazines and film titles, and books, and gained major attention for designing the album cover for the rock band The Talking Heads, gaining instant admiration among designers worldwide.
Kalman began his legendary relationship with time by producing M&Co.’s first watches in 1983, and went on to become a major influence for emerging watch designers.
